特任教授 博导 2008年至2014年 就读于北京大学和北京生命科学研究所,获博士学位;2014年至2019年,于美国西南医学中心进行博士后研究;2019年,加入中国科学技术大学。研究工作集中于离子通道和转运蛋白的结构和调控机制;研究方法包括冷冻电镜、抗体筛选和体外功能重构等。工作发表于《Nature》和《eLife》等期刊。
主要研究兴趣:
离子跨膜转运机理。
疾病相关转运蛋白的结构和功能。
基于结构的药物研究和开发。
