施蕴渝


施蕴渝  中国科学院院士、发展中国家科学院院士、博士生导师、中国科学技术大学生命科学学院教授。1965年毕业于中国科学技术大学物理系生物物理专业。1965年-1970年卫生部中医研究院实习研究员。1970年-至今年中国科学技术大学助教,讲师,副教授,教授。合肥微尺度物质科学国家实验室(筹)研究员。1979年-1981年意大利罗马大学化学系,CNRS结构化学实验室进修。曾作为访问学者在荷兰格罗宁根大学物理化学系,法国CNRS酶学与结构生物学实验室,法国理论化学实验室进修或合作研究。

研究兴趣:
我们实验室对基因表达过程中表观遗传调控,特别是组蛋白修饰,染色体重塑,组蛋白分子伴侣及非编码RNA的调节感兴趣。我们也对非编码RNA与蛋白质的相互作用感兴趣。我们用结构生物学的方法(核磁共振波谱,晶体衍射)及其它生物物理,生物化学方法研究基因表达调控的分子机理的结构生物学基础相关研究成果先后在Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA, Genes & Development, Cell Signaling, Nucleic Acids Res., J. Biolo. Chem. 等国际重要学术期刊发表文章120余篇。文章被引用2000多次。
