特任教授,博士生导师

2010年博士毕业于中国科学院化学研究所。20139月至20215月先后于瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院及德国马克思普朗克医学研究所从事博士后研究(合作导师:化学生物学家Kai Johnsson教授)。

20216月加入中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部,开展化学、生命科学与医学交叉领域的研究。利用化学生物学的理论和方法来解决生命及生物医学问题:开发新型蛋白质标记技术用于生物大分子的标记及示踪;构建基于蛋白质的生物传感器,可视化解析如基因表达调控、信号转导等重要生命过程中核心代谢物的平衡与调控机制;探索高效的即时检测技术,实现对血液中重要代谢物/药物分子的医学诊断。

从事科研工作以来共发表SCI论文30余篇,近年来以第一作者或通讯作者在Nat. Chem. BiolAngew. Chem. Int. EdJ. Am. Chem. SocOrg. Lett等期刊上发表论文16总引用2000余次。其中部分研究成果获得了NCCR Chemical BiologyBiophotonics WorldScienceDailyPhys.org等多家科技媒体的推荐和报道。
