陈敏


中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部特任研究员,博士生导师。本硕博就读于中国科学技术大学生命科学学院,2018年获理学博士学位。20188月至20246月以博士后身份在浙江大学医学院从事神经生物学研究。20253月加入中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部。长期从事脑疾病相关研究,相关学术成果以第一作者,共同第一作者和共同通讯作者发表在Science2024)、Nature2023)、Trends in Neurosciences2025)、The FASEB Journal2019)、Molecular Neurobiology2017)、Frontiers in Cellular Neuroscience2017)、Frontiers in Molecular Neuroscience2017)等国际知名学术期刊,研究成果曾入选中国神经科学重大进展。

课题组研究领域聚焦于情感与行为的神经生物学机制,致力于解析高级认知活动与适应性行为的神经编码规律。我们关注外界信息(涵盖生物和非生物刺激)经由感觉系统向中枢神经系统传递的动态过程,重点探究大脑如何通过多层级信息处理与整合形成情感体验、社会认知及决策行为这一核心科学问题。课题组运用离体和在体电生理记录、钙成像技术、神经环路示踪技术、光/化学遗传学精准调控等前沿方法,结合范式化社会行为评估系统,重点探究情感状态调控社会行为的神经环路机制以及情感障碍疾病(包括但不限于抑郁症)的病理机制与干预策略。通过构建"分子-细胞-环路-行为"多维研究体系,我们致力于揭示情感与认知的生物学本质,为精神疾病的精准诊疗提供理论依据和创新技术支撑。
